True Function Diagnostic

Most AI-enabled workflows can show that they manage safety. Fewer can show that they produce it. This tool records the deposited nine-question True Function Test against one bounded workflow across the human, AI, and organizational performers.

The evidence-record layer that follows is a working operationalization. It does not give you a maturity score, certify a workflow as safe, or replace the complete ten-step HAOP method.

Its evidence-state categories are a working operationalization, not a maturity score. Reassess the record whenever the work or operating conditions change.
